Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as you received it

If the product has been opened, you may still be considered for:

  • A partial refund, or

  • Store credit for the full amount of the original purchase

This determination will be made after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your order is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Vitanu Labs Errors

If the return is due to an error on behalf of Vitanu Labs (such as receiving the wrong product), we will cover the cost of return shipping and/or send a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been extensively used (more than 25% of the servings consumed)


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different flavor, the product must be:

  • Unopened

  • In its original packaging

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take several days to process and post the refund
