Shipping policy


Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your package.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.


Weekend Orders

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed in the order they were received once shipping operations resume.


Expedited Shipping

Customers may choose expedited shipping options at checkout.

While expedited shipping reduces transit time, it does not guarantee same-day shipment, especially for orders placed after our daily shipping cutoff time.

If an expedited shipping option is selected after the cutoff time or during the weekend, the order will still be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Once your package leaves our facility, delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping carrier.

Vitanu Labs cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.


Carrier Responsibility

After your order has been shipped and tracking has been issued, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Vitanu Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

Vitanu Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

If your tracking indicates a delay or delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Check around your property and delivery areas

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
